REPRESSIVE MEASURES BY PMG, SR AGAINST PJCA DHARNA AND CIRCLE UNIONS CALL
தென் மண்டல நிர்வாகத்தின் அடக்குமுறையை கண்டிக்கிறோம் !

புறப்படுவோம் வேலை நிறுத்த களம் நோக்கி !
அன்புத் தோழர்களுக்கு வணக்கம் ! நாளை (27.02.2015) அன்று மண்டல அலுவலகங்கள் முன்பாக நடத்தப்பட அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட PJCA மற்றும் தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் மூன்று /GDS சங்கங்களின் தார்ணா போராட்டத்திற்கு முதலில் அனுமதி வழங்குவதாக இருமாதங்களுக் கான பேட்டியின் போது நம்முடைய மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகளிடம் தெரிவித்த மதுரை மண்டல PMG அவர்கள் மறுநாள் எந்தக் கோட்டத் திலும் விடுப்பு வழங்கிடக் கூடாது என்று தனது முடிவை மாற்றி அறிவித்தார்.
மேலும் மாலை மண்டல அலுவலக வளாகத்தில் தார்ணா போராட்டம் நடத்திட அனுமதி மறுத்து நமது அஞ்சல் மூன்று மண்டலச் செயலருக்கு EMAIL செய்தி அனுப்பியுள்ளதாக நம்முடைய மாநில உதவிச் செயலர் தெரிவித்தார் . எனவே இது குறித்து தென் மண்டலச் செயலர், மாநிலச் செயலர் மற்றும் மாநிலத் தலைவர் முறையே /தொலைபேசியில் தென்மண்டல PMG அவர்களை தொடர்ந்து தொடர்பு கொண்டு கேட்டபோது அவரது நிலையில் இருந்து இறங்கி வர மறுத்து விட்டார். உடன் CPMG ADDL CHARGE அவர்களை (கர்நாடகா மாநிலம்) பெங்களூருவில் தொலை பேசியில் தொடர்பு கொள்ள மாநிலச் செயலர் முயன்றபோது , அவர் அங்கில்லை என்றும் கேரளா மாநிலத்திற்கும் ADDL CHARGE என்பதால் அங்கு சென்றுள்ளார் என்றும் மாலை 05.00 மணிக்கு திரும்பலாம் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார். எனவே மாலை 05.30 மணியளவில் மீண்டும் தொடர்பு கொண்டபோது அதுவரை அவர் வரவில்லை என்றும் விமானம் காலதாமத மாக வருகிறது என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்கள் . மாலை 06.30 வரை அவர் வந்து சேரவில்லை என்று தெரிவித்தார்கள்.
எனவே நாளை (27.02.2015) அன்று தென் மண்டலத்தில் , மண்டல அலுவலகம் முன்பாக நடைபெறுவதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட தார்ணா போராட்டம் ரத்து செய்யப்படுவதாக தென் மண்டலத்தை சேர்ந்த மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகளால் அறிவிப்பு செய்யப்பட்டது.
அனுமதி மறுத்ததால் வாய் மூடி மௌனியாக இருக்க மாட்டோம் !
எனவே தென் மண்டல PMG அவர்களின் அடக்கு முறையைக் கண்டித்தும் தொழிற் சங்க பழி வாங்கும் போக்கை கண்டித்தும் PJCA / மாநிலச் சங்கங்களின் போராட்ட அறிவிப்பை ஆர்ப்பாட்டமாக மாற்றி தென் மண்டலத்தில் அனைத்து கோட்ட/ கிளைகளிலும் 27.02.2015 மாலை கண்டன ஆர்ப்பாட்டமாக நடத்திடக் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். NFPE யின் இதர சங்கங்களும் இதற்கு அதரவு தெரிவிக்குமாறு வேண்டுகிறோம்.
இந்த அடக்குமுறையை நம் மாநிலச் சங்கம் நிச்சயம் அனுமதிக்காது. CPMG அலுவலக வாயிலில் நாளை (27.02.2015) அன்று நடைபெற P 3 மற்றும் GDS சங்கங்களால் அறிவிக்கப் பட்டுள்ள தார்ணா போராட்டம் கண்டனப் போராட்டமாக நடைபெறும் என்பதைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
இதே போல இதர மண்டலங்களிலும் நம்முடைய தார்ணா போராட்டம் அஞ்சல் மூன்று மற்றும் GDS சங்கங்களால் கண்டனப் போராட்டமாக நடத்திட மாநிலச் சங்கம் அறிவிக்கிறது. NFPE யின் இதர சங்கங்களும் இதற்கு ஆதரவு தருமாறு வேண்டுகிறோம்.
மாலையில் PMG SR அவர்களின் தொழிற் சங்க விரோத நடவடிக்கையைக் கண்டித்தும், தென் மண்டலத்தில் நடைபெற்றுள்ள ஜனநாயகப் படுகொலையைக் கண்டித்தும் இதர கோரிக்கை களுடன் வேலை நிறுத்த நோட்டீஸ் மாநில நிர்வாகத்திற்கு வழங்கப்படும். வேலை நிறுத்தத் திற்கான தயாரிப்பு வேலைகள் 02.03.2015 PJCA தார்ணாவுக்குப் பிறகு அறிவிக்கப்படும். இதர போராட்ட வியூகங்கள் குறித்து 27.02.2015 மாலை வேலை நிறுத்த நோட்டீஸ் வழங்கப் பட்டபின்னர் அண்ணா சாலை தலைமை அஞ்சலகத்தில் தலைமையகத்தில் உள்ள மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் , அகில இந்திய சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் தலைவர்கள் கூடி முடிவு செய்யப்படும்.

அதோ அந்த நதியின் கரைக்கு அப்பால், அந்த அடர்ந்த காடுகளுக்கும் பின்னால், நம் கண்களில்படும் அந்த மலைகளுக்கும் பின்னால் நமக்காக உறுதியளிக்கப்பட்ட அந்த பூமி உள்ளது - எந்த மண்ணில் இருந்து நாம் உயிர்பெற்றோமோ - அந்த பூமியை நோக்கி நாம் திரும்புகிறோம். புறப்படுங்கள், இந்தியா அழைக்கிறது... ரத்தம் ரத்தத்தை அழைக்கிறது.

PRESS NEWS:- INFOSYS WAS PENALISED OF RS.9.33 CRORES FOR DEFAULT IN SERVICE
தொடர்ந்த சேவைக் குறைபாட்டுக்கு INFOSYS மீது BESCOM ரூ. 9.33 கோடி தண்டம் (PENALTY ) வசூலித்ததாக பத்திரிக்கை செய்தி .
அஞ்சலில் உள்ள சேவைக் குறைபாட்டுக்கு நம் அதிகாரிகள் தண்டத்தொகை வசூலிப்பார்களா அல்லது மேலும் 'BILL' போட்டு கொடுப் பார்களா ? காலம்தான் பதில் சொல்ல வேண்டும் !

Blame it on Infosys, says Bescom MD on excess power bills

In February this year, some United Bank of India employees had reportedly blamed inherent deficiencies in 'Finacle', the financial software provided by Infosys, the Bangalore based IT bellwether giant, for the bank's mounting NPAs. The NPA controversy had led to the exit of Archana Bhargava, chairman of the bank. Now, Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (Bescom) has called into question the reliability of the company's billing software.
Under heavy criticism from consumers and the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) for persistent errors in the billing system, Pankaj Kumar Pandey, managing director, Bescom, blamed Infosys for the mess. Making his submission before KERC on Monday during a public hearing over a tariff review petition submitted by all the five Escoms for the year 2014-15, Pandey said, "We are not satisfied with the software."
Pandey admitted that he has been aware of the faulty software for some time, but claimed his hands were tied. "We have received several complaints about the variations in bills generated by the software," Pandey told the panel of KERC members. "We are not satisfied with the software. In fact, we had issued several notices to them (Infosys) and even penalised them by levying a penalty of Rs 9.33 crore. Even then they have not done anything. Based on the complaints, we identified about 150 issues and asked them to sort them out. However, they were able to address only 85 of them. They blame the glitches on the server not working properly."
When the KERC panel asked Pandey why the software hadn't been changed despite being aware of the glitches, Pandey said, "The government has to take a decision on it as it was the government which handed Infosys the contract. We have written to the chief secretary about the burgeoning problem pertaining to billing and we will soon hold a meeting with the chief secretary in this regard. The government has to take a decision on it."
The problem had snowballed into a major controversy with several individual consumers, consumer rights activists complaining to both Bescom and KERC. "It is not just one or two issues, but several," N Chandra Shekhar, a consumer activist, told BM. "Ever since Bescom switched over from their previous billing software to Infosys billing software, payment of bills online has become a major problem. A few months ago, RR numbers were mixed up resulting in the erroneous calculation of consumption."
The shadow-boxing between Bescom and Infosys over billing-related issues has been going on for quite some time. It turned into a slanging match when the billing system crashed in October last year. The bug was fixed, but the problem again resurfaced in November. And while Bescom has been blaming Infosys, the latter has claimed that the power utility owes it crores of rupees.

NEW DELHI: The postal department has set a target of opening one crore accounts by March-end under the small deposit scheme for the girl child launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week, telecom minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has said.
"The postal department, which has the most deeply penetrated network in the country, is now a part of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign, launched by the PM last week at Panipat," Prasad told reporters.

Among the states, the department has set the highest target of 18 lakh girl child accounts for Uttar Pradesh, followed by Bihar at 12 lakh. The account, called Sukanya Samridhi, would fetch an interest rate of 9.1% annually and provide income tax rebate. It can be opened at any time from the birth of a girl child till she attains the age of 10.
Deposits can range from a minimum of Rs 1,000 to a maximum of Rs 1.5 lakh during a financial year.
The government, while releasing the scheme, had said its primary purpose was to ensure equitable share of resources towards a girl child in order to offset the discrimination a large number of girl children face.
The account can be opened in any post office or an authorised branch of a commercial bank.
The account will be operative for 21 years from the date of opening or the marriage of the girl child after attaining 18 years of age. To meet the requirement of higher education expenses, partial withdrawal of 50% of the balance would be allowed after the girl child turns 18.
